Google login configuration

1. Install and configure the Facebook OpenGraph WordPress plugin

2. Go to WordPress administration, and click on the Google menu option.

3. Check “Enable Google login”.

4. Go to the Google APIs Console page and login or register with a valid Google user. After login, click on “create project”.

5. Go to the “services” submenu and enable “Google+ API”.

6. Go to “API Acess” menu option and click on “Create an OAuth 2.0 client ID”. In the popup, select a product name (your blog name), and a logo image.

7. Click next, and select:
7.1. Application type: Web application
7.2. Your site or hostname: Select http (if you don’t have https in your hosting), and write your blog url.
7.3. click on “Create client ID” button

8. In the main page, click “edit settings” and change the Redirect URI. Copy the URL from the WordPress administration (Step 2):

 

9. From your “Client ID for web applications” copy the “Client ID” and “Client secret”, and paste in the Google WordPress administration:

 

10. From the Google WordPress administration click “update configuration”.

11. Test the Google login from the WordPress administration login: http://yourblog/wp-login.php

  1. Me tienen bloqueado la habilidad para seleccionar ” likes” y agregar mis comentarios…. desde hace semanas no lo puedo usar. Ya habia enviado notificacion y solo me decian que tardaria unos dias en corregirlos. Tampoco puedo entrar a facebook como lo hacia…. lo hago a travez de hotmail.com
